ANTENATAL CARE

As the World Health Organization quotes that “Good care during pregnancy is important for the health of the mother and development of the unborn baby.”

The essential elements of a good antenatal care are

  • Identification and surveillance of pregnant women.
  • Identify and treat any pregnancy related complications.
  • Screening and management of infectious diseases during pregnancy and preventing mother to child transmission of these infections.
  • Regular checkups and immunization of the pregnant women with vaccines like tetanus toxoids.
  • Sensitize the women about the process of labor and caesarean sections help women initiate baby bonding and breast feeding

Antenatal care involves assessing the women through her pregnancy right from diagnosis of pregnancy to managing complications to warranting certain investigations to regular routine ANC checkups.

We give constant and supportive ANC care and help solve their pregnancy related issues from first trimester to the delivery.
